Born and raised in Edmonton, AB, Leah is a proud graduate of Edmonton Catholic Schools. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western University and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management and Assessment. 

Leah brings a diverse professional background, including experience in:

• Environmental contract management

• Project management

• Small business ownership

• Not-for-profit organizations

• Program administration at the University of Alberta

• Implementation coordinator and knowledge broker in pediatric research

In addition to her professional career, Leah has been a dedicated volunteer, serving on various boards in multiple roles. As a mother of two young children, she currently serves as Chair of the Parent Council at her daughter’s school, a position she has held for the past two years.

Leah is passionate about public education and believes it is essential to have trustees who understand that young learners are growing up in an ever changing world. Today’s students face unique developmental and social challenges, and they deserve trustees who represent their needs. She is committed to being that voice on the Board of Trustees and would be honoured to have your support in the upcoming election.
